Posh Luxury Brand appreciates your purchase and we want to ensure you receive quality products in a timely manner.
When submitting your payment, please note that your cards will be charged as soon as you place an online order. We currently accept all major credit cards. In order to ensure accuracy with your order, please ensure that your billing and shipping address correctly match before completion of checkout.
To maintain our luxury brand, Any credit card fraud or theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Posh Luxury Brand reserves the right to request additional payment and/or verify shipping once an order has been submitted.

Shipment Delays
All orders will be shipped once the full payment has been processed. For orders shipped with the United States, will be mailed through USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance, along with the required signature. Posh Luxury Brand can not control the weather, or any other factors that can influence delivery. For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering your hair ahead of time to ensure that it arrives on time.
Please report any errors in shipping within 3 days of receiving your items so that we may rectify the issue in a timely manner. Posh Luxury will not refund abandoned or refused packages.

Order Processing
Please allow 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing and production time.
During sales, promotion or holiday, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic, there may be additional delays beyond the control of Posh Luxury Brand. We can not be responsible for those delays, however we consistently recommend ordering our products in a timely manner.
