How do I place an order?
All orders can be place on poshluxurybrand.com; orders made via telephone will not be processed until payment is received.
Where is my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process & prepare your order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email with an estimated delivery date. Please allow USPS up to 5-7 business days to deliver your package. We are not responsible for delays that may occur within USPS. If more than 5-7 business days have passed - after receiving your tracking information, and you have yet to receive your order, please contact us by email at info@poshluxurybrand.com and include your order #.
Can I return my items?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. We will only return/exchange an item If you’ve received the incorrect item than what you ordered. We must be notified within 5 days after delivery. The item must be unworn and in the original condition.
