  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, please visit poshluxurybrand.com. If you would like to place an order on the phone, please note that orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Please allow 1-3 business days for PLB to process, prepare and ship your order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email with an estimated delivery date. Please allow USPS up to 5-7 business days to deliver your package. Posh Luxury Brand can not be held responsible for delays that may occur within USPS (due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, etc). If more than 5-7 business days have passed after receiving your tracking information, without receiving your order, please contact us by email at info@poshluxurybrand.com and include your order # so that we may adjust the issue in a timely manner.
  • Can I return my items?
    All sales are final. In the event that you received the wrong item, PLB will be happy to replace your item within 5 days after delivery. The item must be in the original condition and unworn.
  • How long should I keep my lashes before purchasing a new set?
    Posh Luxury offers you quality mink lashes that are perfect for all occasions. With proper maintenance you can keep your lashes for up to 15-20 wears. It is important to clean and sanitize your lashes after each wear and allow them to air dry. Although each individual case may vary, We recommend you purchase fresh lashes after 20 wears.
  • How long should I keep my bundles before purchasing new bundles?
    Posh Luxury Brand takes pride in offering you natural hair that should be treated with care as if it was natural hair. Although we can’t specifically give you a time frame for your bundles, we recommend getting two bundles after 4 installations. When coloring or manipulating the natural texture of the hair, please be mindful that you also affect the longevity of the bundles.
